Choose a username (not case-sensitive) and a password (case sensitive and should contain 6-10 characters with no spaces).
Choose a security question and answer.
After you submit, you will receive an automatic email from us containing your approved information
Then you are instantly ready to pay for your download books of your choice.

Security Questions and Answers

As an added layer of security to your we will require customers to select a security question to answer, for instance, should you wish to have your account password reset.

Updating Your Profile

Your account profile can be updated at any time. Please note that for security reasons, your username cannot be updated or changed.

To update your personal information:

Click on "members" located at the top of each page.
Click on "my details" located in the account tabs.
You can change your name, email address, zip code, password and security question on this page.
Once everything is correct, click on "Submit" at the bottom of the page.

Forgot Username and Password Forgot Your Username and/or Password?

You may submit a request to retrieve your user name or reset your password. You will be asked to enter the email address and answer the security question you provided when you set up your iwunwa.com account. Once the request is submitted, an email will be sent to you that includes your iwunwa.com account username and password.

Order History

To view your orders:

Click "Members" to go to your member home page
Click "Subscriptions" tab to view your subscriptions
Use the order by menu to sort your subscriptions
